User Journey

Back during the early stages of the pandemic, I was struggling with a dietary condition that I knew little about. As I found resources, one of them included a meal subscription site called Epicurious. I ordered immediately, but ran into some troubles right off. After noting my initial feedback briefly in an email, the CEO, the head of Epicurious' UX team and several other folks asked for more information. 

So I threw together this user journey for them, outlining just where I'd ran into ambiguities and friction, and presented it in a zoom meeting. The mismatch between certain associations and the ability to change orders or reference previous ones particularly stymied me. I noted changes I would consider in addition to crafting this user journey slide show.

I was compensated for my time with Epicurious meal credits.
